The room was clean and had a Smart TV, queen-sized beds, and Netflix. The staff was welcoming and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Both the microwave and fridge worked well. The hotel's location was marvelous and near Tyler for 5 days. Quick to refill everything and close to a restaurant.

I had a large room with sofa bed and Hulu and Smart TV. The breakfast was savoury and nice hot with lots of amazing food.

The location here was really convenient, everything was quickly restocked, and the neighborhood was lovely. We found a nearby Red Lobster and had a nice lunch there. The breakfast had a great variety of food options, and everything tasted fantastic! 🍳

Fairfield Inn served as the perfect location to meet and spend the weekend with our daughter and grandson who live seven hours away from us. Enjoyed the pool, breakfast, in-room wi-fi, refrigerator, microwave. Staff is really nice! Will stay here again!

Truly exceptional and wonderful place to stay while in Tyler. The rooms with Smart TV and queen-sized beds, for instance. Savoury and tasty breakfast with lots of delicacies and nice staff. Really nice overall experience.

The hotel was comfortable and fairly clean. The property had a hip new vibe with well-kept and quiet rooms. The staff was nice, and the location was marvelous - within walking distance to all the places I wanted to visit. Additionally, the hotel served a tasty breakfast, which was a great touch.

The room was quiet and incredible with Netflix, a king bed, and a Smart TV, conveniently located near restaurants and major roads.

The staff were amazing .The maid staff ,the front desk and the food service person were very friendly .They always said good morning or enjoy your day .They made you feel so comfortable .They made the place feel like home .The young lady ,Sholanda who was doing the food service is just awesome ...The hotel is very clean and breakfast was great .Would stay here again and a again...

Would have liked an out door pool instead or an indoor pool .This however will not stop me from coming here ..

The toilet .. flushes kinda slow, and there was a smell like sewage seeping through for about 10 minutes after flushing. The evening receptionist ... must have been sick, sad or depresed or all three. The morning one and the chef/ cook was soo cheerful made my morning.

The breakfast here is delicious and the rooms are spacious, including a sofa bed, making for a very enjoyable stay.
